1. Payments are made on a monthly schedule. Once your account reached $100.00 we will transfer to your PayPal account, (unless otherwise agreed), from the 25th of the following month.
2. The commission(s):
   1. 85% of the purchase price
   2. We reserve the right to change the purchase price of the product at any time.
   3. We reserve the right to change the commission at any time.
3. Your unique ID is saved on the user machine. If cookies are disabled or cannot be saved then the affiliate sell will not be allocated to you.
4. You agree to observe proper SEO practice to promote this site.
   Including but not limited to.
   1. If using emails to promote the site, you will only do it via solicited opt-in/opt-out addresses.
   2. Never using spam, abuse, or otherwise to promote the account, (via email or otherwise).
5. We reserve the right to investigate your account at any time.
   1. We reserve the right to put on hold any account that are investigated.
   2. Accounts will be monitored, (and probably investigated), for:
   1. Origins of signups
   2. Origins of visitors
   3. Number of visitors
   4. Number of refund requests.
6. You may terminate this agreement at any time.
7. We reserve the right to terminate any account that does not generate a sufficient number of valid signups.
8. You understand that it is in your interest,but also, your responsibility to bring genuine, targeted traffic to the site.
9. Furthermore we reserve the right to terminate any account that does not generate traffic.
10. For certain terms listed above a final payment will be made if the account is terminated even if the minimum monthly is not reached.
